Shipping & Returns

FREIGHT: QRP makes every effort to ship your order on a timely basis. Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of when the order is placed. On occasion, due to high order volume or seasonal shipping delays, order fulfillment and shipping times may be extended. Holidays, weekends and severe weather can affect delivery times. Please be assured that QRP makes every effort to fill customer orders as quickly as possible. Orders that come in on Friday afternoon and through the weekend are processed on the following Monday. If your order must arrive on a certain date, please call us at 800-832-3882 to place your order.  All shipments will ship FOB QRP, Inc., warehouse, located in Tucson Arizona 85705. Each shipment is evaluated and shipped to provide the best price and service available.

FOREIGN ORDERS:  Product prices and shipping costs shown are vaild for shipments within the US.  Please contact us (tracking@qrpgloves.com) for information on shipments to Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia.

COLLECT SHIPMENTS: We are happy to ship freight collect. Please advise your FedEx or UPS shipping account number, and level of service required.

RETURNS: In the event that you must return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:

Obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of the original ship date by calling 800-832-3882, ext. 204  Please have the following information available when making your request:

  • Original Order Number (located on the packing slip)
  • Name of product being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Your name, address, email address and daytime telephone number
  • Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging; for your protection, use a “traceable” shipping method such as UPS Ground
  • Return the merchandise within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA.  Print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Returns are subject to a 25% restock charge.

Credit for returns will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement.  If you wish to order replacement goods, please place a new order at the QRPGloves.com website.  If you have any questions regarding a return, please call QRP at 800-832-3882, ext. 204 or by email:  tracking@qrpgloves.com
